1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crispy bacon bits

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Boil the Potatoes: In a large pot, add the cubed potatoes and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.

Drain and Mash: Once cooked, drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Use a potato masher or a fork to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.

Mix in Dairy: Add the sour cream, cream cheese, and butter to the mashed potatoes. Pour in the milk gradually until you reach your preferred creaminess. Mix well until everything is combined.
