Ingredients

2 large lobster tails

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

1/2 cup cooked shrimp, finely chopped

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the end of the tail. Gently pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.

In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, chopped shrimp, grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix everything until well combined.

Generously stuff each lobster tail with the mixture, pressing down lightly to pack it in.

Place the stuffed lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and the topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

                Prep Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 45 mins | Servings: 2

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the lobster tails on a large platter, garnished with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a pop of color. Enjoy with a side of garlic butter for dipping!
