1 cup canned pumpkin puree

2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup whole milk

1/4 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Whipped cream (for topping)

Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

Optional: 2 tablespoons maple syrup (for sweetness)

Instructions
 

Combine Ingredients: In a blender, combine the pumpkin puree, vanilla ice cream, whole milk, caramel sauce, vanilla extract, and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger).
