Ingredients

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya) chunks

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced mango and frozen dragon fruit. Blend until smooth. You may need to add a little bit of water to help blend the fruits—about 1/4 cup should suffice.

In a large pitcher, combine the blended fruit puree with the fresh lemon juice and honey or agave syrup. Stir well to dissolve the honey.

Add the 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the honey is fully incorporated.

Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or agave syrup if desired.

Refrigerate the lemonade for at least 30 minutes to chill and allow the flavors to meld.

To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mango dragon fruit lemonade over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices.
