Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped red onion, and diced tomatoes.
Carefully add the minced habanero peppers; start with one and test the heat before adding more if desired.
Stir in the chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Drizzle the honey or agave syrup over the salsa and add salt to taste. Adjust sweetness and saltiness depending on preference.
Let the salsa sit for about 15-20 minutes at room temperature to allow the flavors to meld.
