Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond flour

2 tablespoons matcha green tea powder

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup almond butter (or peanut butter)

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, matcha green tea powder, and sea salt. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and combined.

Pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly blended.

Add the shredded coconut and chopped cranberries into the mixture, folding them in gently until they are well distributed throughout the mixture.

Using your hands, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. You can adjust the size based on your preference.

Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Once chilled, enjoy your matcha bliss balls as a healthy snack or energy boost throughout the day!
