1 pound ground beef

8 mini slider buns

4 slices cheddar cheese (cut into quarters)

½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce

¼ cup diced pickles

¼ cup diced white onion

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 teaspoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Burger Patties: In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than the size of the slider buns since they will shrink while cooking.

    Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of cooking, place a quarter slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt the cheese.
