Ingredients

1 pound ground beef (80% lean)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

12 mini slider buns

6 slices cheddar cheese, halved

½ cup pickles, sliced

½ cup ketchup

½ cup mustard

Lettuce leaves, for garnish

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; do not overwork the meat.

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape each portion into a mini patty, slightly thinner than you'd like because they will shrink as they cook.

Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip them and place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

While the patties are cooking, toast the mini slider buns on the grill or in the oven until lightly golden, about 2 minutes.

To assemble the sliders, place a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Add a slice of pickles, a dollop of ketchup, and mustard to each slider. Top with a lettuce leaf and secure with the top half of the bun.

Repeat until all sliders are assembled.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 12 sliders

                  - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliders on a large platter and garnish with extra pickles and lettuce leaves around the base for a colorful display. Serve with a side of French fries or veggie sticks for a complete meal!
