4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on for maximum flavor)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)

Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika until well combined.

      Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps to crisp the skin when baking. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
