Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup natural peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

1/2 cup M&M’s (or any colorful candy-coated chocolate)

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, natural peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and form a sticky dough.

Add in the scoop of vanilla protein powder, ground flaxseed, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the protein powder is well incorporated.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips and M&M’s, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

Once mixed, use your hands (lightly moistened to prevent sticking) to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet or plate.

Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: Approximately 15-20 balls

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the protein balls in a colorful bowl, and consider adding a few extra mini chocolate chips and M&M’s on top for an appealing look. Enjoy as a nutritious snack or post-workout treat!
