Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

4 slices of ham

4 slices of turkey breast

4 slices of Swiss cheese

2 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Powdered sugar for dusting

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it is about 1/8-inch thick. Cut the pastry into four equal squares.

Place a slice of ham in the center of each square, followed by a slice of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese.

Fold the corners of the pastry squares over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a pocket.

In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Dip each pastry pocket into the egg mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated. Allow any excess mixture to drip off.

Place the coated pastries on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.
