Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup powdered sugar

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large bananas)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

1 cup chocolate syrup

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Whipped cream (for topping)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until all crumbs are moistened. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust. Set aside.

Make the cream cheese layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Set aside.

Whip the cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined, being careful to keep the mixture light and airy.

Combine banana mixture: In a separate bowl, mix the mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Then, gently fold the banana mixture into the cream cheese mixture until evenly blended.

Layer the cake: Spread half of the banana cream mixture over the prepared crust. Start layering with the crushed pineapple and chopped walnuts (if using), and then follow with sliced strawberries. Top with the remaining banana cream mixture.

Finish with toppings: Drizzle a generous amount of chocolate syrup over the top. You can also add some extra sliced strawberries and crushed pineapple for decoration.

Chill: Cover the cake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, until set.

Serve: Once chilled, top with whipped cream and garnish with maraschino cherries before slicing into squares. Enjoy your delightful No-Bake Banana Split Cake!
