Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and sea salt. Stir until well mixed.
Add the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup to the bowl. Mix together using a spatula or your hands until a dough forms.
Incorporate the vanilla extract and mini chocolate chips into the dough, ensuring even distribution.
Using your hands, scoop out small amounts of dough and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the cookie dough bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet to prevent sticking.
Once all the dough is shaped into bites, chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Serve chilled or at room temperature. If desired, you can drizzle additional melted chocolate over them once chilled for an extra treat!
