Ingredients

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Zest of 1 large orange

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham cracker crumbs

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Orange sprinkles (for coating)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and fresh orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Gradually add the crushed vanilla wafers (or graham cracker crumbs) to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated and a thick, moldable dough forms.

Using your hands, scoop out small portions of the dough (about 1 inch in diameter) and roll them into balls. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.

Dip each truffle in the melted white chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing any excess chocolate to drip off before placing it back on the baking sheet.

While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle some orange sprinkles on top of each truffle for decoration.

Refrigerate the truffles for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate coating has set.

Once set, transfer the truffles to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
