Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup crushed peanuts (for topping)

Chocolate shavings or chips (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Place in the refrigerator to set while preparing the filling.

Make the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and well combined. Add in the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.

Whip the cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture, taking care not to deflate the whipped cream. Mix until no white streaks remain.

Assemble the pie: Remove the crust from the refrigerator. Pour the peanut butter filling into the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Chill the pie: Cover the pie with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible, to allow the filling to set properly.

Serve: Once fully chilled, remove the pie from the refrigerator. Sprinkle the top with crushed peanuts and chocolate shavings or chips for garnish. Slice and serve chilled.
