Instructions
Start by laying a tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
Using a spatula or butter knife, spread a generous layer of Nutella evenly over the entire tortilla to the edges.
Peel the bananas and place one banana at the edge of the tortilla.
If desired, sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped nuts over the Nutella layer for added texture and flavor.
Gently roll the tortilla away from you, enclosing the banana and the Nutella. Roll tightly but not too hard, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out.
Once fully rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll into about 1-inch thick pieces.
If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top of the sushi rolls and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
Notes
Serve with extra Nutella for dipping.
