Ingredients

1 cup Nutella

1 cup crushed chocolate cookies (e.g., Oreo)

1 cup finely chopped hazelnuts

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for sweetness)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella and cream cheese until smooth and well incorporated.

Add the crushed chocolate cookies and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until it is firm enough to handle.

Once chilled, use a tablespoon to scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

Roll each truffle in the finely chopped hazelnuts until fully coated.

In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Roll half of the truffles in this chocolate mixture for a sweet touch.

Place the finished truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least another 30 minutes to set.

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 30 minutes | Servings: Approximately 20 truffles

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the truffles in a decorative box or on a platter lined with parchment paper. Dust with additional cocoa powder or finely chopped hazelnuts for an appealing visual. You may also place them in mini cupcake liners for an elegant touch.
