Ingredients

1 cup almonds, finely ground

1 cup pitted dates, chopped

1 tablespoon orange blossom water

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Zest of 1 orange

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a food processor, combine the ground almonds and chopped dates. Pulse until the mixture becomes sticky and well-combined.

Add the orange blossom water, honey, ground cinnamon, shredded coconut, orange zest, and a pinch of sea salt to the mixture. Continue to blend until a dough forms, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Once a uniform dough is achieved, use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Roll the formed balls in additional shredded coconut for a decorative finish, if desired.

Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.

Once set, transfer the Orange Blossom Delight Balls to an airtight container and keep them refrigerated.
