1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon zest

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until fully combined.

      Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the garlic butter mixture.

        Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

          Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, flipping them halfway through baking for even cooking.

            Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley for a fresh flavor.

              Serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zesty kick.
