2 cups cooked turkey breast, diced

1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed

1 medium honeydew melon, peeled, seeded, and cubed

1/2 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup red onion, finely diced

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced turkey, cubed cantaloupe, cubed honeydew melon, and halved red grapes.
