Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped

2 cups shredded provolone cheese

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

12 egg roll wrappers

Vegetable oil for frying

Optional: Spicy mustard or ketchup for dipping

Instructions

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add a splash of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced sirloin steak. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if necessary, then add the chopped onion, green bell pepper, and mushrooms. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Add Worcestershire sauce, mixing everything together and allowing it to heat for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare Egg Rolls: Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Place about 2-3 tablespoons of the steak and vegetable mixture in the center, then sprinkle with a little shredded provolone cheese.

Fold: Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Fry Egg Rolls: In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat about 2 inches of vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Carefully place a few egg rolls in the hot oil; do not overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve: Serve warm with spicy mustard or ketchup for dipping.
