Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 slider buns

8 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: Season the thinly sliced ribeye steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add the seasoned steak. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the meat is browned and cooked through.

Combine Ingredients: Return the sautéed onion and bell pepper to the skillet with the steak. Mix everything together well and remove from heat.

Prepare the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Spread the mixture on the inside of each slider bun.

Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer the steak and vegetable mixture, and top with a slice of provolone cheese. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Bake the Sliders: Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a minute, and then garnish with fresh parsley. Serve warm.
