Ingredients

1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 slider buns

8 slices provolone cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the meat is browned but still tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are softened and caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Return the cooked steak to the skillet and mix well with the veggies.

Assemble the Sliders: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spoon the steak and vegetable mixture evenly onto each bun. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese.

Bake the Sliders: Place the top halves of the sliders over the cheese. Cover the sliders loosely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes for a slightly crisp top.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute. Cut the sliders apart if needed. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 sliders

              - Presentation Tips: Serve the sliders on a wooden board or platter, accompanied by pickles and ketchup for dipping. For an added touch, you can place toothpicks through each slider to hold them together.
