Ingredients

1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hand or on a clean surface.

Fill Biscuits: Place about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching them together to seal completely.

Roll into Balls: Once the cheese is secured inside, gently roll the filled biscuit into a ball shape with your hands and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Make Garlic Butter: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), black pepper, and salt. Mix well to combine.

Brush with Garlic Butter: Using a pastry brush, generously brush the garlic butter mixture over each biscuit ball, ensuring all sides are well-coated.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the biscuit bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter mixture. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
