2 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup coconut milk

1 cup pineapple juice

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Whipped cream for topping

Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions
 

In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, pineapple juice, ripe banana, and shredded coconut. If you prefer a sweeter shake, add honey.

    Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy and smooth. If the shake is too thick, add a little more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.

      Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey. Blend again for a few seconds to mix.
