Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16.3 oz each)

1 cup pizza sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup sliced pepperoni

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons Italian seasoning

4 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a bundt pan with cooking spray or butter.

In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.

Open the biscuit dough cans and cut each biscuit into quarters.

Dip each quarter of biscuit dough into the melted butter mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.

In the greased bundt pan, layer the biscuit pieces, adding some pepperoni and mozzarella cheese between layers. Drizzle some pizza sauce over each layer.

Continue layering until all the biscuit pieces are used. Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dough is cooked through.

Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate to release the monkey bread.

Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
