Ingredients
  

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 cup warm water

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup chopped bell peppers (red and green)

1/4 cup finely chopped black olives

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Create a well in the center and add olive oil and warm water. Stir until a dough begins to form.

    Knead the Dough: Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

      Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) while the dough is resting.

        Roll Out the Dough: After resting, roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick on a floured surface.

          Layer the Ingredients: Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce, followed by pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, oregano, and garlic powder.

            Roll It Up: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough up tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the edges to seal.

              Cut into Rolls: Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut side up on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

                Bake the Rolls: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

                  Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
