Ingredients

1 cup brewed hibiscus tea

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup steamed milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional for iced latte)

Fresh raspberries and hibiscus petals for garnish

Instructions

Brew the Hibiscus Tea: Boil water and steep 1-2 hibiscus tea bags (or loose hibiscus flowers) for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and let the tea cool slightly.

Make Raspberry Puree: In a small blender or food processor, combine the fresh raspberries and honey (or agave syrup). Blend until smooth. If you prefer a seedless puree, you can strain the mixture through a fine sieve.

Combine Flavors: In a separate bowl, mix the brewed hibiscus tea with the vanilla extract.

Assemble the Latte: In a tall glass, add 2 tablespoons of the raspberry puree at the bottom. Pour the hibiscus tea over the puree, allowing it to create a beautiful gradient.

Add Steamed Milk: Gently pour in the steamed milk on top of the tea mixture. If you prefer an iced version, simply add ice cubes before pouring the hibiscus tea.

Garnish: Top your latte with additional fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of dried hibiscus petals for an elegant touch.
