Ingredients

2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, romaine)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup fresh mozzarella balls

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup pecans, toasted

3 tablespoons balsamic glaze

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, toss the sliced strawberries and blueberries with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt.

Place the mixed berries onto a grill rack or in a grill-safe basket. Grill for about 2-3 minutes until slightly charred and aromatic, making sure to turn them gently to avoid mushiness. Remove from grill and set aside to cool.

In a large serving bowl, combine the mixed salad greens and grilled berries.

Add the mozzarella balls and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

Sprinkle the toasted pecans over the salad for an extra crunch.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toss gently to combine all ingredients, ensuring even distribution.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing finish.
