Ingredients

1.5 lbs beef stew meat, cut into cubes

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

12 oz pasta (fettuccine or pappardelle work well)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the beef stew meat until browned on all sides (about 5-7 minutes) and transfer it to the slow cooker.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute. Transfer the onion and garlic mixture to the slow cooker.

Add the beef broth, crushed tomatoes, heavy cream, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir the mixture until combined.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.

About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Once the beef is tender, taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit more beef broth or cream to reach your desired consistency.

Add the cooked pasta to the slow cooker and gently toss to coat the pasta in the rich beef sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley and a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.

                  Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 6-8 hours | Servings: 6

                    - Presentation Tips: Serve the beef pasta in deep bowls for a comforting presentation. Add a sprinkle of extra Parmesan and a sprig of parsley for a fresh touch.
