2 lbs baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried rosemary

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Zest of 1 lemon

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

      Toss the potatoes until they are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
