1 pound breakfast sausage, crumbled

10 oz frozen hash browns, thawed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

6 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.

      In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

        In the greased baking dish, spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom.

          Next, layer the cooked sausage over the hash browns, followed by dollops of the cream cheese mixture.

            In another bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage and cheese layers in the baking dish.

              Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

                Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.

                  Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
