Ingredients

12 oz cheese tortellini (store-bought or homemade)

1 lb thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Cook Tortellini: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, sautéing until softened and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook Beef: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet. Add the sliced beef to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Stir to incorporate the vegetables.

Make Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Gradually add the shredded provolone cheese, mixing until melted and smooth.

Combine: Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet, tossing gently to coat with the creamy cheesesteak sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Serve: Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.

              Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 4
