1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons cooking oil for frying

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or chicken, finely chopped onion, soy sauce, chili sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the meat mixture, then flatten it out evenly to create a patty. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on one side until browned, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes or until fully cooked through.

      While the meat is cooking, crack the eggs into a separate bowl and whisk them together until well mixed.

        Once the patty is cooked, slide it to one side of the pan and pour the whisked eggs into the other side. Allow the eggs to cook for about 3 minutes, gently stirring to scramble.

          Place the cooked patty onto one piece of bread. Top it with the scrambled eggs, and if desired, add sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Cover with another slice of bread to create a sandwich.

            Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining oil, and toast the assembled sandwich on both sides until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

              Remove the sandwich from the pan and cut it in half. Garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley on top for added flavor and freshness.
