Ingredients

1 (16 oz) can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies

1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, cut into cubes

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup of shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 pound of ground beef or sausage (optional for a meaty version)

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 teaspoon of onion powder

½ teaspoon of cumin

½ teaspoon of salt

½ teaspoon of pepper

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Brown the Meat (Optional): If you are using ground beef or sausage, start by browning it in a skillet over medium heat until it's fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, add the Rotel tomatoes (with juices), the cream cheese cubes, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. If using, add the cooked ground meat.

Cook: Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or until the cheeses have melted and the dip is creamy. Stir occasionally to ensure even melting.

Serve: Once the dip is ready, give it a good stir to blend everything together. Serve it warm with tortilla chips for dipping. Enjoy your creamy, cheesy goodness!
