Ingredients

8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (about 8 slices)

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: additional crumbled bacon and green onions for garnish

Instructions

Prep the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Incorporate the Cheese: Add the shredded smoked Gouda cheese into the mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.

Add the Flavors: Stir in the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the dip mixture into a baking dish (9-inch pie dish works great) and spread it out evenly.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish & Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon and chopped green onions if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita chips, or assorted veggies.
