1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.

      Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract until combined.

        In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

          Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs until evenly distributed throughout the cookie dough.

            Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion out the dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie to allow for spreading.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. The centers may look slightly soft; they will continue to firm up as they cool.

                Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the cookies cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
