Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

8 oz egg noodles

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp dried thyme

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Egg Noodles: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and the onions are tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, drained egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme. Stir until well combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it sit for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color.
