Ingredients

4 cups water

4 black tea bags

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Ice cubes

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bags. Steep for about 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you like your tea.

While the tea is steeping, in a blender, combine the sliced peaches and sugar. Blend until smooth to create a peach puree.

After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and stir in the peach puree and lemon juice until well combined.

Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled peach tea over the ice.

Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
