Ingredients

fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

rose syrup (or homemade rose water syrup)

fresh lemon juice

sparkling water (or club soda)
to taste

fresh mint for garnish

Instructions
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries and rose syrup. Blend until smooth to create a strawberry-rose puree.
In a large glass or pitcher, mix the strawberry-rose puree with fresh lemon juice, stirring well to combine.
Fill serving glasses halfway with ice cubes.
Pour the strawberry-rose mixture over the ice in each glass, filling them about two-thirds full.
Top off each glass with sparkling water or club soda to add fizz.
Gently stir the mixture with a spoon to combine without losing the fizz.
Garnish each drink with fresh mint leaves and a few slices of strawberry.
Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing mocktail!
