4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika to create the spice rub.

      Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl or on a baking sheet.
