2 cups fresh corn kernels (cooked or raw)

1 ripe mango, diced

1 medium red onion, finely chopped

1 small habanero pepper, seeded and minced (use gloves!)

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped

1 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon honey (optional)

If using fresh corn, cook it by boiling or grilling until tender, then let it cool before removing the kernels. If using canned or frozen corn, drain and thaw as necessary.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked corn, diced mango, chopped red onion, minced habanero pepper, and diced red bell pepper.
