Instructions
In a blender, combine the hulled strawberries, ripe banana, and milk. If using fresh strawberries, add a few ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing.
Add the scoop of vanilla protein powder to the blender. If desired, include Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein.
Optionally, drizzle in honey or maple syrup, depending on your sweetness preference.
For a nutrition boost, toss in a handful of spinach. This will not alter the flavor much and will add beneficial nutrients.
Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and creamy—about 30-60 seconds.
Taste the smoothie; adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or syrup, then blend for a few more seconds.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a slice of banana or a few whole strawberries on the rim if desired.
Notes
Serve in clear glasses to showcase its vibrant color. Optionally sprinkle chia seeds on top.
