Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup vanilla ice cream

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, add the fresh strawberries and blend until smooth. You can leave some small chunks for added texture if desired.

Add the vanilla ice cream, softened cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the blender. Blend on medium speed until all ingredients are fully combined and the mixture is creamy.

Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if necessary, then blend again until well mixed.

To serve, rim your glass with graham cracker crumbs: simply moisten the rim with a little bit of milk, then dip it into a plate of graham cracker crumbs until well coated.

Pour the milkshake into the prepared glass, and if desired, top with a generous swirl of whipped cream and extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish.

Add a few fresh strawberry slices on top for a finishing touch.
