2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

In a blender or food processor, add the hulled strawberries and blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, reserve a handful of strawberries to mix in later.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the blended strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey (or agave syrup), lemon juice, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully incorporated.
