Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 cup coconut water (or water for a lighter option)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)

Instructions

In a blender, combine the halved strawberries, honey (or agave syrup), coconut water, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more honey/agave if desired, then blend again.

Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.

Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull the popsicles out.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 6 popsicles

              - Presentation Tips: Serve the popsicles on a colorful plate or a wooden board, garnished with fresh mint leaves and a few additional halved strawberries for an appealing summer display.
