Ingredients

1 large round sourdough bread loaf

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked scallops, chopped

1 cup crab meat

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the top off the sourdough bread loaf and hollow out the inside using a sharp knife, leaving about 1/2 inch of bread on the bottom and sides. Set the bread hollow and the extra bread pieces aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, scallops, crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and half of the green onions. Mix well until fully combined.

Season the seafood mixture with salt and pepper to taste, and fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

Spoon the seafood filling into the hollowed-out bread bowl, packing it in gently.

Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the filling is heated through and the bread is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Garnish with the remaining chopped green onions and fresh parsley before serving.

Serve with the reserved bread pieces for dipping.

                    Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: 4-6

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the stuffed bread bowl on a rustic wooden cutting board, with the extra bread pieces arranged around it for dipping. Drizzle a little extra lemon juice over the top for a fresh touch!
