sweet chili sauce

garlic, minced

fresh ginger, grated

soy sauce

lime juice

olive oil

teaspoon
sesame oil

green onion
chopped (for garnish)

sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and lime juice. Mix well and set aside.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until they start turning pink.
Pour the sweet chili garlic sauce over the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce thickens slightly.
Drizzle sesame oil over the shrimp for added flavor and toss again.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
Notes
Serve over jasmine rice or with stir-fried vegetables for a colorful plate.
