Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken, teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and lightly caramelized.
Stir in the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot into the skillet with the chicken. Sauté for an additional 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet, tossing everything together until the noodles are well-coated with the sauce and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top. Serve immediately while hot.
