Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup refried beans

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced green onions

Sour cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Season the Beef: Add the taco seasoning to the beef and follow the package instructions (usually adding a bit of water). Stir until well combined and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Prepare the Burrito Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, white rice, nacho cheese sauce, and refried beans. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Assemble the Burritos: Lay out a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Add diced tomatoes and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Roll the Burrito: Carefully fold the edges of the tortilla inwards and then roll it tightly from one end to the other to enclose the filling completely.

Grill the Burritos (Optional): Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place the burritos seam-side down in the skillet and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp.

Serve: Cut each burrito in half diagonally and garnish with chopped green onions and a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
